GSA Sales Specialist

Position Profile:
In this position you will be responsible for calling on government accounts including federal, state and local government agencies, the military, as well as various municipalities to expand sales revenue and drive new market share by growing current accounts and hunting for new business. This position requires a demonstrated track record of successful selling AND experience calling on GSA accounts.

Responsibilities:
· Proactively develop new customer contacts, review leads, maintain territory and participate in increasing revenue within current accounts. Actively participate in account reviews.
· Initiate and close sales, generating new accounts.

Qualifications:
· The ideal candidate will have a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
· Excellent understanding of sales skills and techniques
· At least 5 years experience calling on GSA accounts is required.
· Strong presentation skills within the government sector and established contacts.
· Communication, relationship building, customer service, prioritization, account forecasting / planning, negotiating, consultative selling and superior organizational and time management skills
· Ability to perform without direct supervision
· Previous experience in toner or parts sales is a plus.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
· Should be PC and software literate.

Sales Representative - Inside/Outside Sales

The Sales Rep’s primary focus is to expand sales revenue as well as drive new market share by growing current accounts and hunting for new business. Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Exton, PA office.
In this position you will have direct customer contact and must possess a high level of self-confidence, self-motivation and good verbal skills. This position requires the ability to build a successful rapport with our client base, comprehensive PC skills, and the ability to multi-task. This is a fast paced environment requiring comfort with navigating between computer programs while handling phone calls, instant message chats and email.

In this position, you will be responsible for:
  • Daily interaction with customers, quoting and taking orders
  • Professionally communicating with customers on both incoming and outgoing calls
  • Updating and maintaining account history and daily activity records.
  • Performing other Sales support administrative duties as assigned.
  • Data Entry and Problem Resolution
Qualifications:
· The ideal candidate will have a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
· At least 5 years of business-to-business (B2B) direct customer service experience.
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
